Provides hands-on consultation and guidance throughout the process of bidding for an international congress. Since 1990, we have been involved in several successful campaigns to bring international congresses to the city of Istanbul.

We assist in the preparation of the necessary documentation, such as the draft budget and the official presentation book.
We assist in developing the bid campaign, building the marketing plan as well as designing graphics, logo and concept.
We assist your organization in negotiating financial packages provided by various governmental agencies in the event that the destination is chosen.
We attend various events where lobbying of decision makers is required. We will assist in the planning and participate in the final presentation to the decision makers (General Assembly, Executive Committee or others).
