Selection of Destination

Can assist you with the evaluation and subsequent selection of a destination for a future congress.

Several destinations are submitted to us for assessment, all of which have been selected by the committee or have presented their candidacy, based on association regulations. A site inspection must take place and the feasibility of holding the congress in that city is evaluated according to the needs of the specific congress. The following criteria are: infrastructure, safety and security issues, local organizational support, and financial benefits offered by the city itself. The results of this assessment are presented, along with full interpretation and recommendations.

Once a destination is officially selected by the appropriate members, TOPKON CONGRESS SERVICE procures and negotiates key contracts with major suppliers such as the convention centre, the official decorator, the audio-visual company, coach company, hotels, etc. In addition, we will meet with the government and local industry leaders in order to secure sufficient support for the congress.
